This year we truly have something to celebrate. In August, we mark our 20th anniversary!
What started as an idea between Harry and Tor-Egil back in 2005 has grown into a company with offices in both Norway and Sweden, a strong network across Europe, and a team that is passionate about delivering skilled candidates to the healthcare sector every single day.

How it all began
Our story started with a simple request from our clients. We were already working with leadership and specialist recruitment when several hospitals told us: “No one recruits doctors the way you do.” That was the beginning of our journey into physician recruitment.
We decided to start with the most challenging field – psychiatry. Before long, hospitals also asked if we could support them with temporary staffing while permanent recruitment processes were ongoing. That was how we entered the staffing business as well.
From Norway to Sweden
The journey quickly expanded from Norway to Sweden. After only one year, we crossed the border and landed our first major assignment: nine senior physician positions in Karlskrona. It was a flying start in Sweden and gave us the confidence that we could truly grow.
Along the way, we established a research department in Norway and later expanded into Europe. This gave us access to a large network of doctors and specialists, enabling us to deliver on increasingly demanding assignments.
Our values at the core
Through all the ups and downs, sometimes we even called it “heaven and hell”, we have always stayed true to our values: quality, humility, and integrity. These are not just fine words; they are the very reason why both clients and candidates return to us year after year.
Looking ahead
Today we are more than 30 employees, and we have also started recruiting nurses for permanent positions to meet the growing demand in healthcare. We have set ambitious goals for the future, but no matter where we go, one thing remains certain: we will always grow with quality first.
