On behalf of a hospital in Western Norway, we are looking for a radiologist for a permanent position.
The hospital is located by the fjord, with a great view of the mountains, and is a short distance from both nature and city life. The hospital’s machine park consists of 2 MR, 2 CT, 3 ultrasound, 4 conventional X-ray labs, an interventional lab and breast diagnostics. In addition, the hospital has nuclear medicine with SPECT/CT and PET/CT.
Expected tasks:
- General radiology, including MRI, CT and ultrasound
- Be an active promoter of professional development in collaboration with competent and committed colleagues
- Senior doctors have on-call duty approximately every 6th weekend, and one evening on-call duty every other week (resident doctors have continuous 24-hour duty).
Qualifications:
- European authorization as a medical professional
- European certification as a radiologist
- God overall knowledge and expertise in the radiological field
- You need to be able to communicate in one of the Scandinavian languages before you start, if you do not already know any of these, a language course will be offered – free of charge
